Geraldine Hack Obituary

Geraldine F. Hack, 75, passed away at 9:39am Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in her residence. She was born on September 3, 1941 in South Bend to Alfred and Emily (Przybysz) Meek. They preceded her in death along with two husbands Frederick Springer, Jr. and Virgil Hack and a son Frederick D. Springer. Geraldine enjoyed bowling and camping. Surviving are a daughter Deborah (Leslie) Farkas of South Bend, a son Thomas Lee Springer of South Bend, sister Dorothy (Gary) Coats of Mishawaka, and 2 brothers James (Jackie) Meek of Myrtle Beach, SC and Raymond Meek of South Bend. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 5-7pm in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Grace Hospice or the family to defray funeral expenses.
