Joan Nagy Obituary

Joan M. Nagy, 84, passed away at 6:30am Wednesday, October 11, 2017 in Golden Living Center. Joan was born on July 7, 1933 in South Bend to Steven and Joan (Foldesi) Pinterics. She was employed by the South Bend Community School Corp. On February 15, 1957 she married Bela Nagy. He died on February 28, 2012. Surviving are a daughter Stephanie (Kevin) Knepp of South Bend 2 sons Francis (Cindy) Nagy of South Bend and William Nagy of Lakeville, 4 grandchildren Dawn (Scotty) Keller, April Nagy, Kevin (Tara) Knepp and Stephen Nagy and a great-grandson Kasey Knepp. Cremation has taken place. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30am Saturday, October 21, 2017 in Our Lady of Hungary Church. Zahoran Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
