Irene K. Hill, 92, passed away at 1:30am Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in the Sanctuary at St. Pauls.Irene was born on July 9, 1926 in South Bend to Casper and Anna (Deri) Simon. On March 1, 1952 she married Jack L. Hill. He died on April 8, 1980. Irene was also preceded in death by a sister Anna Pyke and 3 brothers John Simon, Joseph Simon and Louis Simon.Irene is survived by niece Sharon Bauermeister of Scottsdale, Az. Nephews John Simon of Sun City, Az., Jeffrey Simon of South Bend, In., Louie Simon of South Bend, In. and Eugene Pyke of Sturgis, Mi.Irene retired from White Farm. She enjoyed watching Notre Dame Basketball, going to church and traveling the world with her good friend Vera Zitkus.Memorial services will be held at 10:00am Friday, August 10, 2018 in Riverview Cemetery.
