Rudy worked at Whitehall Laboratories, Inc. for 33 years and retired in the early nineties when the plant closed its doors and moved production to Puerto Rico. He also helped with the family business, Kuzmits Grocery.  Upon retiring he would find himself volunteering for numerous charitable organizations including St. Vincent De Paul Society and Meals on wheels.
