Thomas (Tom) Fitzpatrick, 52, of South Bend, IN, formerly of Morristown, NJ, died on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at Memorial Hospital of South Bend of cancer. He was predeceased by his parents, the late John (Jack) Fitzpatrick and the late Rose Fitzpatrick. Tom worked as a manager at Niles Gold & Coin in Michigan and previously as a lab technician at Sibley Machine and Foundry in South Bend. He was an avid bike rider, enjoyed music and playing guitars, and played hockey. He will be remembered as having a great sense of humor, a distinctive laugh, and a kind word to all. He is survived by aunts and cousins in New Jersey and many good friends.A Celebration of Life will be held at Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 South Kemble Avenue, South Bend, IN, on Wednesday, April 11, at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends may gather from 12:00 until services in the funeral home.
