Dennis D. Martin

Dennis D. Martin, 73, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023.

Denny was born on September 21, 1949 in South Bend to Oscar and Shirley (Seuss)

Martin. They preceded him in death along with his brother Greg Martin and his in-laws, Vince and Pat Bosh, who loved him very much.

On January 21, 1979 in Great Falls, MT, he married the love of his life, the former Donalyn Bosh who

survives along with his 2 daughters, Jocelyn (Jack Edgarton) Martin and Kelsey (Drey King)

Martin, 2 sons Timothy (Lesa) Skinner and Aaron (April) Skinner, 5 beautiful grandchildren Noah, Rylee, Jayden, Regan and Mason, his brother Gary (Diane) Martin, and several nieces and nephews.

Denny was a retired electrician, and a member of the IBEW Local 153 for over 50 years. He served

on the Executive Board, the Health & Welfare Committee and was Recording Secretary. He was a

member of Unity Church of Peace for over 40 years. His hobbies included Notre

Dame Football and Woman’s Basketball, Pro Football, NASCAR, Fishing, and

hanging with his buds. Denny’s greatest joy was his wife, girls, sons, being a good Papa to his

grandchildren, his mom and dad, brothers, nieces and nephews, his prayer buds, and his

Wednesday Lunch Group. He loved you all! You brought him great joy!

Cremation has taken place. A gathering of family and friends will take place Saturday,

September 9, 2023 from 11am-1pm in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue.
