Doris M. Paar

Doris M. Paar, 73, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024 in Memorial Hospital.

Doris was born on December 5, 1950 in South Bend to Robert “Babe” and Dolores (Arndt) Paar.  She was employed as a teacher and also as a massage therapist.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Linda Paar-Welcome and two brothers Robert “Bob” Paar and James “Jim” Paar.

Surviving are two nephews James Adams and Jacob Paar, a niece Rachel Weber and 16 cousins Paul Hullinger, Jerry J. Paar, Ernie J. Paar, Steven Paar, Robert Paar, Thomas Paar,  Anita Kirsits, John “Rocky” Kirsits, Carol Porogi-Kalmorgan, John Porogi, Susan A. Seifert-Jensen, Thomas T. Seifert, David A. Seifert, Dennis Woods, Sharon Woods, and Virginia Woods.

The family would like to acknowledge Doris's friends from the Crooked Ewe, Doris's home away from home.   Doris spent many a day discussing the issues of the day, with them. Especially: Tara, Heather, Michelle, Riley, Andy, and Pilar just to name a few.  We'll be missing Ms "Shiney Pants" and her signature "Hats.
