Erma Vada (Lindsley) Davis

Erma Vada Davis, 81, passed away at 1:52pm Thursday, February 27, 2020 in her residence.Erma was born on August 27, 1938 in LaPorte to Daniel and Irma (Wolff) Lindsley. She worked at Hay School Cafeteria, St. Pauls Nursing Home, South Bend Plastics and JB Products. Erma enjoyed karaoke, darts, pool, crocheting, and most importantly her family.Erma was preceded in death by her former husband Bob Davis, daughters Christine Davis and Jamie Davis, son Rodney Davis, sisters Wanda, Ethel, Karen and brother Johnny.Surviving are two daughters Norma (Max) Silber and Janet (Ed) Michael, 4 sons David Davis, Mike Davis, Mark (Andrea) Davis and Bobby Davis, grandchildren Mark Davis II, Zachary Davis, Alixandra Davis, Maxx Silber, Bobbie Jean Davis, Daniel Davis, Amber Whitmer, Adreanna Whitmer and Christian Davis, great-grandchildren Mark Davis III and Lincoln Davis, sister Katie and brothers Kenny, Charlie "Popeye", Lester and Richard.Friends and family may call from 11am to 1pm Monday, March 2, 2020 in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. Services will be celebrated at 1:00pm with Bob Vale officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery, North Liberty.
