Gregory Francis Kuzmits

Gregory Francis Kuzmits, 69 years old, passed away the evening of Thursday, June 1, 2023 in his home.

Gregory was born on July 14, 1953 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Joseph and Erma (Papp) Kuzmits. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, Greyson Kuzmits.

On April 14, 1979, Gregory was united in marriage to Kathleen Yahle. Gregory is survived by his wife as well as two children, Carrie Fuzey of South Bend and Mark Kuzmits of Benton Harbor, Michigan; two grandchildren, Gina Fuzey and Lyla Fuzey; two sisters, Denise (Kurt) Crowel and Annette Urbanik; and one brother, Joseph Kuzmits.

Gregory worked as a machinist at Federal-Mogul Corporation before retiring.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Zahoran Funeral Home, with visitation for one hour prior. A graveside service will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
