Jackie Ray Mathes, 60 of South Bend, IN passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN. Jack was born on August 6, 1964 in New Richmond, OH.

Jack enjoyed being outside scrapping, fishing and doing yard work, having a nice yard was important to Jack. He was a great cook and enjoyed cooking for others. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family and friends.

Jack is survived by his girlfriend, Kathy Czajkowski of South Bend, IN; his sister Kerry Tomlin of Cincinnati, OH; his niece Paris and nephew Davie.
