James L. Gladney, 49, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024 in Brickyard Healthcare.

James was born on November 21, 1974 in South Bend to Herbert and Lucille (Causey) Gladney. On December 31, 2006 he married the former Donyele Mays who survives along with a son Jalen Gladney, siblings Herbert (Duenna) Greer, Ruth Ann Gladney, Miranda Greer, and Rudy Greer.

James worked for Stanz Cheese for 10 years, Sears for 7 years and Libban Aroma for 5 years. He also drove Lyft and had always dreamed of being a truck driver.

Cremation has taken place, no services are scheduled at this time.
