Joann (Fletlcher) Downer

Joann Downer, 71, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023 in her residence.

Joann was born on April 11, 1952 in Tampa, Florida to George and Clare (Johns) Fletcher.  They preceded her in death along with a son Michael Downer.  She retired from AM General and was a volunteer for Meow Mission.

Surviving are 4 grandchildren David N. Downer, Junior L. Downer, Mazerick W. Downer and Cynthia A. Downer, 7 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters Rose Ballard, Betty Jean Garcia, and Brenda Richardson, a brother Yvon Evanovich, her companion Shelby Poe and a niece Patsy Lamphier.

Per Joan wishes, cremation will take place, no services are scheduled.  Memorial contributions may be made to Meow Mission.
