Kamila S. Millea

Kamila S. Millea, 73, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025 in St. Joseph Regional Med Center surrounded by her family.

Kamila was born on December 9, 1952 in Pontiac, Michigan to Edward and Helen (Sysel) Cherry.  She was a jack of all trades, working in the hospitality, marketing, and radio industries.  Kamila enjoyed crafting, bowling, softball, sports, gardening and playing euchre.

On October 28, 1978 as Kamila Cherry she married Timothy Millea.  He died on May 12, 2008.

Surviving are two daughters Erin (David) Hornbrook and Kelsey (Alexander Burt) Millea, a son Corey Millea, two grandchildren Charlee Hornbrook and Trey Millea, a sister Marcie Knoell, brother-in-law Bob (Polly) Millea and sister-in-law Carolyn (Rick) Malcom.

Cremation has taken place.  Please join us for a Celebration of Life on December 20th, 4–7 pm, at Opie's Deli & Office (114 N Michigan St. Plymouth, IN).  This will be an informal gathering to remember and celebrate Mom—no formal services will be held.   In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Marshall County Humane Society.
