Kelly J. Klute

Kelly J. Klute, 59, passed away at 6:18pm Monday, August 28, 2023 in Elkhart General Hospital.

Kelly was born on May 13, 1964 in South Bend to Melvin and Anna (Szucsits) Klute. They preceded her in death along with a brother Kurt Klute.  On August 6, 2016 in Lake Worth, FL she married Corina Opaczewski who survives along with a son Zackary Szymanski, 2 grandchildren Laihlee and Zeti, 2 sisters Kim (Mike) Jacoby and Karrie (Tom) Bland and a brother Kip (Mary) Klute

Kelly was employed by Dall Tile and Deerborn Crane and was an avid Michigan fan.

Cremation has taken place.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am Wednesday, September 6, 2023 in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church.  Family and friends may gather from 10:00am until services in the church.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care.
