Laszlo "Les" Takacs

Les Takacs, 83, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025 in Memorial Hospital.

Les was born on September 7, 1941 in Fertoszeplak, Hungary to  Imre and Gizella (Horvath) Takacs.  They preceded him in death along with a brother Bela Ban.

On March 7, 1964 he married Shirley who survives along with a daughter Lesley (Paul) Languell, a son John Takacs, 4 grandchildren Krystal Languell, Katrina Languell, Heather Baker and John Baker, 4 great-grandchildren Amelia, Maisie, Malaki and Miles (Jan 2025), and a sister Alajosne Horvath of Sopron, Hungary.

Les worked as a truck driver, he enjoyed fishing and loved his family.

Cremation has taken place, no services are scheduled.  Zahoran Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
