Marjorie J. (Lippelt) Lockhart

Marjorie J. Lockhart, 91, passed away at 8:10am Tuesday, November 21, 2023 in Raclin House, Center for Hospice Care.

Marjorie was born on March 21, 1932 in Kouts, Indiana to Harry and Edna (Miller) Lippelt.  On September 6, 1952 in Chicago, she married Ralph H. Lockhart.  He died on November 23, 2017.  She was also preceded in death by a brother Donald R. Lippelt.

Surviving are two daughters Lisa (Eric) Stickdorn and Cynthia A. Lockhart.

Marjorie was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church for over 40 years and a lifetime resident of Riddle’s Lake.

Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am Monday, November 27, 2023 in St. John’s Lutheran Church, 24955 Riley Road, North Liberty, IN 46554.  A gathering of family and friend will be held from 10am until services in the church.   Burial of her cremated remains will follow services in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Best Friends Animal Society, www.bestfriends.org or Parkinson’s Research, www.parkinson.org.
