Michael Alan Zsedely passed away peacefully, after a brave battle with cancer, on Thursday May 27, 2021. Michael was born on October 8, 1960. He was a resident of South Bend his entire life.
Leaving behind to cherish his memory is his mother, Jacqueline Zsedely, his daughters: Elizabeth (Wesley) Howard, Jessica (Dwight) Griffin, and Ashley (Tony) Augmore. His grandchildren: Kayden, Jillian, and Isabella Howard, Jaz`Marie and Fazion Griffin, Jeremiah and Annika James, and Brody Augmore. His five sisters: Marianne (Rich) Benn, Marlene (John) Kulesia, Christine (Joe) Mazurkiewicz, Diane Zsedely, and Lisa (John) Cook. His nephews: Nathan Benn, Scott Eichorst, and Brett Banasiewicz. His nieces: Jennifer Mclean, Tara and Kristen Mazurkiewicz and Aja and Nikki Potts.
Michael’s father, Elmer Zsedely, his brother David Zsedely and his nephew and Godson Bryce Banasiewicz preceded him in death.
Michael was an avid golfer and even got a hole in one at Studebaker Golf Course on hole 9. He served in the National Guard, worked in the RV business, and was the owner of “A Touch of Class” limousine service.
Michael will be remembered as a family man. He spent the last 5 years taking care of his mother. He was always present at every birthday party, Christmas, and every special occasion.
There will be no visitation per Michael’s request. The family will have a private dinner to celebrate his life and to reminisce of all the wonderful times shared with him.
