Nancy F. (Haag) Bagarus

Nancy F. Bagarus, 90, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2025 in Hospice House, surrounded by her family.

Nancy was born on November 11, 1934 in South Bend to Paul and Margaret (Burden) Haag.  On May 14, 1955 she married Louis R. Bagarus.  He died on February 9, 2002.  Nancy was also preceded in death by two sisters Phyllis Fuchs and Jean Haag. and a brother Paul Haag.             

Surviving are a daughter Deborah (Jeff) Walters, a son Douglas Bagarus, three grandchildren Landon Bagarus, Rylin Bagarus, Holly Bagarus, a step-grandchild  Melissa (Michael) Mason, four step-great-grandchildren Peyton, Makenzie, Cole and Carter, and a sister Jayne Colvin.

Nancy worked as a beautician as well as office staff for A.M. General and Arrow Services.  She enjoyed playing cards, crocheting and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Viewing will take place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 11am to 1pm in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue.  Services will take place at 1:00pm.  Cremation will follow.   Burial of her cremated remains will be buried in Southlawn Cemetery at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care.  To leave an online condolence, please visit our website at www.zahoran.com.
