Nancy Stewart Obituary

South Bend – Nancy M. Stewart, 94, passed away at 5:12pm Friday, June 11, 2021 in Morningview Assisted Living, South Bend.

Nancy was born on April 11, 1927 in Huntington, WV to Quinn and Irma Martin. On November 13, 1948 she married Jack C. Stewart. He died on August 2, 2006. She also had three siblings Martha Q. VanNostern, Marilyn Collins and Robert Martin.

Surviving are a daughter Gretchen Stewart, son Jack (MaryEllen Hegedus) Stewart and three grandchildren Dr. Nichole Stewart, Patrick Q. Stewart and Matthew Hegedus-Stewart.

Nancy was a graduate of Marshall University and volunteered at Greenville Memorial Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital.
