Obituary

Norman D. Howse, 88, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023.

He was born on November 10, 1934 in Crescent City, CA to Norman J. Howse and Margaret (Allen) Howse.  They preceded him in death along with a son David P. Howse and a brother Don Howse.

On December 24, 1960 in El Cajon, CA to the former Sharon Lea Cook who survives along with a daughter Marlene (Dan) Lowe Jr., a daughter-in-law Kathy Howse, 6 grandchildren Micheal (Katrina), Whitney, Christi-Ana (Thomas), Brieanna (Dr. Kevin), Dr. Katrina (Brian), and Benjamin, 9 great-grandchildren Seth, Sophie, Everly, Hadleigh, Christopher, Damien, Zaelyn, Izabella, and Baby Girl Lowe due in September, and a brother Gary (Kathy) R. Howse PHD.

Norman worked in Business management for Curtis Mathis and also did landscaping. He was an incredible musician who loved to fish and play ball.

The celebration of his life will be at 1:00pm Monday, August 7, 2023 in the Christian Center Church, 530 E. Ireland Road.  Burial will follow in Sumption Prairie Cemetery.
