Robert Andrew Buzolich, 93, passed away at 2:20am Thursday, June 28, 2018 in Trailpoint Village.Robert was born on April 28, 1925 in South Bend to Andrew and Victoria Buzolich. He graduated in 1943 from Central Catholic High School and retired in 1985 from the South Bend Police where he was employed for 28 years. Robert served his country in the United States Coast Guard in World War II aboard the Patrol Frigate USS Orange and was a member of the F.O.P #36 and American Legion Post 303. In 1950 he married the former Oda Schulz, she died in 1985. Robert was also preceded in death by two sisters Frances Buzolich and Margaret Wagner.Surviving are two sons Robert Alan "Bob" Buzolich and Mark Desmond Buzolich and a granddaughter Krista Clark.Funeral services will be celebrated at 10:00am Tuesday July 3, 2018 in Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. Cremation will follow. Burial of his cremated remains will take place at 10:00am Thursday in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.
