Sally Jo (Young) Kraft

Sally Jo Kraft passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025 at 12:38 pm. Sally was born in Florence, Alabama on March 6, 1938 to parents William and Edna Young who preceded her in death, Sally was also preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters. On August 23, 1957 Sally married the love of her life John C. Kraft with whom she raised two children with Bridget Schnabel and John E. (Peggy) Kraft. John also preceded her in death, Sally and John were both co-owners of Kraft Tire, a small business that provides a selection of tires and tire repairs.

Sally was a loving grandmother to four grandchildren, Eric (Sarah) Kraft, Christopher Kraft, Kaitlyn (Joseph) Rupert, and Kylie Schnabel and two great-grandchildren Lottie and Hattie Kraft. Sally loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren deeply, she also enjoyed having fun at the casino, and gardening. We would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Creekside Village their loving care for Sally helped make her last few months more peaceful. Cremation has taken place.
