Tammy M. Rosbrugh passed away Wednesday night surrounded by family and loved ones.
Tammy was born in South Bend to Harold and Barbara (Rebics) Smurr. On May 11th, 1985 she married the love of her life Timothy Rosbrugh, together they have 2 daughters, Christine and Stephanie.
Tammy is survived by her husband Tim, father Harold, 2 daughters Christine and Stephanie, sisters Sue (Jeff Dienes) and Marcy, and her greatest joy, grandsons Hunter and Karver. And her cousin/sister Carrie Barkley. As well as numerous nieces and nephews and great niece and nephews.

Tammy was a beloved active member of the special needs community, she retired as a Special Education Para Professional in 2022 after 35 years with South Bend Community School Corporation. She loved being “Ma” and spending time with her grandsons, she also enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles with her mother, scrapbooking with her daughters and hot tubbing. And spent many years being a Girl Scout Leader
A Celebration of Life will held on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 12:30pm in the National Guard Armory, 1901 S. Kemble Avenue.
