Timothy A. Herban

Timothy A. Herban, 63, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025 in Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his family.

Tim was born on June 8, 1962 in South Bend to Roger and Carol (Shupe) Herban.  They preceded him in death along with a sister-in-law Sharon Herban and a brother-in-law Greg Osborn.

On August 22, 1992 he married Lynn Jerzak who survives along with a daughter Ashley (Josh Thompson) Herban, a son Devin (Lilliana Collette) Herban, two sisters Dana Sue (Tony) Bacon and Sandy Lee Osborn and a brother Randy Herban.

Tim was employed by Local 75, Heat & Frost Insulators.  He enjoyed watching football, especially the Denver Broncos and Notre Dame.  Tim also was a member of the Green Star Golf League and liked fishing.

Cremation has taken place.  A gathering of family and friends will take place from 2-5pm Wednesday, December 17, 2025 in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue.  Services will follow at 5:00pm.  Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
