Vickie L. (Coleman) Maggert

Vickie L. Maggert, 73, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025 in Lakeland Hospital.

Vickie was born on September 13, 1952 in Niles MI to Harvey and Maralyn (Baldwin) Coleman Jr. and was raised by her grandparents Edgar and Gertrude Baldwin.  On March 16, 2005 she married William “Ed” Maggert.  He died on September 6, 2020.  Vickie was also preceded in death by a son Brad Florey and 4 sisters.

Surviving are a daughter Tammy (Albert) Andersen, a son Brian (Kelly) Florey, 11 grandchildren Austin, Zachary, Frank, Kelsey, Kaley, Jacob, Morgan, Darren, Brittney, Randy, and Sarah, several great-grandchildren, a daughter-in-law Julie Florey, two sisters Venita (Rex) Pace and Reda Lester and a brother Randy (Deborah) Coleman. 

Vickie loved her fur babies Puggie and Thor, enjoyed camping, watching football, especially the Chicago Bears, and NASCAR. 

Visitation will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 5-7 in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue.   Cremation will follow.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan, 5400 Niles Road, St. Joseph, MI 49085.
