Winifred (Veger) Messana

Winfred Messana, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024 in Holy Cross Care and Rehab.

Winifred was born on July 20, 1926 in South Bend to John and Mary (Kobor) Veger.  On July 16, 1960 she married Victor Messana.  He died on May 17, 2005.  She was also preceded in death by her siblings; Kathryn Vardeman, Elizabeth Adcock, Irene Forkner, Clara Nelson, Joseph Veger and John Veger.

She helped care for her mother during her elderly years and also worked as an Executive Assistant during her younger years.
